I was on my way to the FENDI fashion show..

I was on my way to the FENDI fashion show and really looking forward to it, singing along to Kylie Minogue when suddenly.....BAM!

My car windscreen shattered...

I pulled over to the side of the highway as soon as i could because i could hear it continuing to crack and when i got out the car, the whole thing caved in..

There was glass all over the inside of my car...

Luckily I could contact my brother and he came to my rescue. Called the tow truck for me and everything... awwww... so lucky to have a little brother who looks after me...

In the meantime, I stood by the highway, sweating while wearing my new fendi dress... Sigh... nevermind... life could be worse... i anm just so glad the screen didn't shatter onto me.

The car was repaired but today, problem again... overheated.... sent back to the workshop again..

Aiyoh....

1st: i hampir terlanggar this mat rempit as i didnt realize motor dia ada next to me... dia ambik helmet dan pecahkan window passenger blakang i...nasib baik i selamat

2nd: kereta i kene pecah masa i parking kat lobby sebuah apartment and beg i kene curi. My pasport was in the bag plus My hard disk, camera and thats not the worse part. I bought ticket to somewhere and scheduled to fly in four days time luckily i managed to get temporary passport after puas menangis kat tempat buat passport..

3rd: While I was driving on federal highway, suddenly my screen exploded for no reason!! like what u did, i put on my hazard light and move slowly to the side of the road from the fast lane...i asked the person that repaired my screen, kenapa it exploded? he said, my screen glass expired... weird but true...; 12:58 AM

glad to hear yuo are ok. Losing the windshield whiel driving is awfuly dangerous. I never shattered it whiel drivinfg. But this one time i slammed the door a bit too hard resulting in the windshiled shattering on my car port. felt kinda stupid after that; 1:15 AM

Biography

Sasha Bashir started out in the entertainment industry as a back up dancer for Malaysian award and music shows. After graduating from the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Performing Arts, she returned to Malaysia and started working at the Malaysian National Theatre, Istana Budaya as the Assistant Director of Marketing and PR. During her time there, she still continued performing in live theatre shows with lead acting and dance roles in the productions Lady Swettenham, My Bollywood Summer, Titiwangsa and Emas 10. In 2006, Sasha hosted her first tv show Explorace - The Extreme Journey on Malaysia's No 1 tv station, TV3. In 2007, she hosted Beauty Secrets from the East. In 2009, she co-created, co-produced and hosted a documentary about Asian dances titled DANSA. It showed on TV3 and NTV7 in 2009. Sasha also published her very first coffee table book based on the documentary. Titled DANSA - A Dance Journey, this 200 page hard cover books featured over 250 photos taken while shooting the 13 episode documentary with a special 'behind the scenes' chapter. The book is available in all major Malaysian bookstores for RM 130. In 2011, Dansa returned to NTV7 with a second season with all new dances and locations. Sasha is currently working on her second book Dansa - The Journey continues and is due to be in bookstores by the end of 2012. A children's book which is being published for charity will also be released by early 2013. Sasha is currently working as one of the panel of producers for the NTV7 documentary program NTV7 which airs every Tuesday at 7.30 pm.
