Tracy Anderson - the new celebrity fitness trainer

Have you noticed Gwyneth and Madonna's body lately?



Both their legs look amazing... long, lean, toned, defined, strong...

"hmmmmm...i wonder how they do it?" I thought to myself...

As I was reading various articles on the net, I found a key name that appeared - Tracy Anderson.

She is the woman both Gwyneth and Madonna credit for changing their bodies.


I used to be a real workout video junkie. While studying in Australia, I couldn't afford a gym membership so I bought various exercise videos (at that time is was still videos, not dvd!) and did them all the time in my small room at university. My favourites were the Cindy Crawford Shape you body video and the Ali McGraw video.

So when I found out that this Tracy Anderson woman has a workout dvd, I bought it straight away. I have done the exercises in the video two days in a row now. She says in the dvd you need to do it 4 - 6 times a week. I'm going to be really ambitious and see if I can do it everyday. It takes less than an hour to complete.

It is going to take a few weeks, maybe even months to see if it really works. She is a former dancer so I understand the principles of her method of working out.

Well, lets see....

i was web hopping and stumbled upon tracy anderson website yesterday. was thinking of buying the dvd as well but i dont want to pay for the postage charges. i am in KL. where did u get the dvd? it will be great if u've bought it somewhere in KL. so i can get it too :)

the workout regime is very strong, i gave up first few times and went for jillian michael instead (the biggest loser) but now i started tracy's again....

result is excellent!!! i'm ready for summer!

well on top of their cosmetic thingie.

these celeb work super hard to maintain their body. exercise etc2

and they watch what their eat.
