Hi Sasha,

I'm Zaahira Muhammad. I will be delivering around the same time as u, so I understand how you're feeling. I panicked too when my doctor asked me the same thing. I've asked around and a lot of people said to bring these items:

1) Clothes for discharge - Both baby and u

2) Perineal Gel/cream

3) Underwear and Nursing bras

4) Breast pads

5) A cardi or sweater in case u get cold

6) Socks

7) Toiletries & Make up (If u're as vain as I am)

8) Books or MP3 to help calm u down and also great to kill time.

I brought along kain batik. may be old fashion but easy to move around and go to the toilet. Doctor pun senang nak check stitches on his daily visits. Also extra blanky for the baby...all the best ya.

Truly agree with shs. Make sure to tuck up your tummy when ikat the kain batik so that you don't feel bloated. Kain batik is the best essential in you 'ready to go bag'. All the best for you, Sasha. May Allah bless your journey to be a good mother and a good wife.
