No carbs, no sugar, no salt, no oil...I have been avoiding all the bad stuff...
No chocolates, desserts.... avoiding all the good stuff too!
Determined to get healthy!
But I have discovered a side effect of not having a balanced diet...
Muscle cramps!
Woke up one morning, tried to get out of bed and couldn't cause my muscles were cramped. Painful!
Lack of calcium, potassium and magnesium...
Very bad!
Had to spend a few days avoiding the gym and rebalancing my diet with healthy food and supplements.
Went back to the gym today and trainer Abang Man is determined to make me stronger than ever... full leg squats, lunges... i hate working out my legs..it's so exhausting...
But i have always found it amazing what the human body can do. Two friends are participating in the iron man competition in Langkawi this weekend. I really and truly admire them.
Time to push myself harder...

Alamak darling, cannot avoid salt la. That's very much needed to avoid muscle cramps!
Tukaq cooking oil with virgin olive oil... home cook (bake instead of fry once in a while maybe?) and NO MAMAK FOOD (ok this is a bit hard la right).
Get potassium from bananas. Lots and lots of bananas.
