Dior Couture Show inspired by Japan
Dior by John Galliano. He is one of the best. All of his couture collections feature beautiful creations. He is inspired by everything from Egypt to the Victorian era. So it's no surprise that he also did a collection in Spring 2007 inspired by Japan. Have a look at these videos and you will see the influence of Japan in this collection including geisha make up and origami folds.

I.M. magazine
I was very excited when I went to pick up the September issue of I.M magazine today.
What does I.M. stand for, you ask? It’s symbolic for the words ‘I AM...’ and it’s an open-ended statement, left for you to fill in the blanks. I.M. is a lifestyle magazine that celebrates Malaysian individuality and interests. And we love to feature the interesting, exciting and bold young Malaysians who are making their mark locally and overseas. We feel that Malaysians have got stories to be heard, and thus we created I.M. to be the platform for us all to hear about and be inspired by each other!
(description taken from www.imag.com.my)
For those of you who have the Dansa book, you may recognise this picture. It was one of the pictures taken by Aiemax while we were shooting in Kyoto, Japan.
This is the only magazine to have featured an actual picture from Dansa on it's cover.
A big thank you to I.M for supporting us !
I.M is a free magazine and can be found at places such as mynews.com, La Bodega, Starbucks, Coffeebean.
I first read this magazine while at Coffeebean having a Ice Blended Chocolate. yum yum...
Over the weekend I will upload the inside layout.

Madonna - Nothing Really Matters video
Madonna went through a real geisha phase during her 'Ray of Light' album.
This was most evident in the video for one of the hit singles from the album,
'Nothing Really Matters'.
It is a little bit freaky with all those people dressed in white who look like they are in a trance, but I do love the song and I think it's a cool video.
